WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. DEPOSITS
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your wedding photography booking. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice to confirm your booking. If the deposit is not paid within this time, the booking may be cancelled. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Terms and Times
The full amount payable is due 28 days before the
wedding date. If the full amount is not paid by this date, we reserve the right to cancel
your booking and retain your deposit. For short-notice weddings booked within 28 days
of the wedding date, payment is required within 7 days.
Cancellations and Rearrangements: We understand that unexpected circumstances
may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking.
However, please note that cancellations and rearrangements may affect our availability
and schedule, so please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make any
changes. Cancellations made after the full payment date may incur a charge.
Digital and Physical Delivery of Pictures: Digital photos will be provided via an online
gallery within 7 days. Physical photos will be delivered within 3 months.
Copyright: The copyright of all photographs taken during your wedding remains with us.
We reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional purposes, including but
not limited to our website, social media platforms, and advertising materials. We grant
you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.
Liability: We take every precaution to ensure your safety during your wedding, but
cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. You agree
to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
Creative Control: We reserve the right to use our professional judgment to create the
best possible photographs during your wedding. We appreciate any input you may have,
but please understand that we cannot guarantee specific results.
Image Retention: We will retain all original images for a period of 6 months after the
wedding. After this time, the images may be deleted from our system. We recommend
that you make backup copies of all images provided.
Image Alteration: You may not alter, crop, or edit any images provided by us without our
written consent. Doing so will breach our copyright and may result in legal action.2
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our
obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God,
war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your booking at any time if you breach any of
the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
